お届けした商品で、万一、不足、品違い等があった場合、商品到着から1週間以内に弊社にご連絡下さい。
それ以降は、返品、交換等の対応ができない場合がございます。
次の場合は返品・交換はお受けできません。
・特別な理由がないまま商品到着後7日を過ぎた場合
・お客様のもとで傷または汚損が生じた場合
商品の品質不良、ご注文商品と異なる場合など弊社の理由による返品料は弊社で負担いたします。
その他の返品は未使用のもののみ到着後1週間以内に電話連絡で受付いたします。
返品時、商品専用ケースや巾着、取扱説明等、商品お届け時に付属していたもの、同封してある返品・交換用紙にご記入のうえ、商品と共にお送り下さい。
返品の送料・手数料については、商品不良の場合は当社が、それ以外のお客様都合による返品につきましてはお客様にてご負担いただきます。
In case inadequacies are found on the delivered product or if you receive the wrong item,
please contact us within one week from product arrival.
Note that returns and exchange may not be provided after this time.
Returns and exchanges are not provided in the following cases:
*More than 7 days have passed without any particular reason since product arrival.
*Scratch or damage has been caused by the customer.
We will pay shipping and handling fees for items returned due to product quality issues or shipping of wrong items.
Return for other items will be accepted by phone within one week from product arrival, based on the condition that the item has not been used.
When returning, please include the product's special case or pouch, instruction guides, and other items included with the product at delivery.
Fill in the enclosed return/exchange slip and send this together with the product.
Shipping and handling fees for return will be paid for by our company in case of product failures.
Fees for other returns due to customer reason will be the customer's responsibility.
